• Provided extensive development and outsourced web services for the world's largest mobile handset manufacturer.
  • Integration of vBulletin forum software with client's semantic web server. Included scheduling data synchronisation tasks, performing automatic synchronisations and converting a variety of character sets into UTF8.
  • Content Syndication Application development. Included importation of data from client XML feeds, development of custom reporting tools, and collaboration with client's customers to integrate the XML feeds with their content management systems.
  • Outsourced web community management including management and development of the extensive developer discussion board system, development and enforcement of moderator guidelines, development of single-sign-on functionality, and direct developer support of client's customers.
  • XHTML compliance testing and dead link management.
• Expanded and evolved the web services for CoreStreet.
  • Developed a user registration to support secure and trackable software downloads.
  • Implemented a staging and deployment server system with full site version control and change management.
• Designed a web site and implemented a content management system for Crownhold, a UK-based commercial property estate agent.
  • Leveraged open-source software to keep development costs low and functionality high.
  • Provided training on the use of the content management solution.
• Developed a training course for Vodafone.
  • Developed course materials and trainer guides for a third party's application.
  • Held "Train the trainer" days for their customer service and retail outlets training staff.
• Performed instructional design and custom application development for leading mobile application developer Yospace.
  • Participated in the development of the Yospace Media Community Platform (MCP), a Value Added Service for MMSC servers.
  • Developed and tested an interactive electronic manual for a 3G phone based on the official style-guide from 3.
  • Managed and implemented user interface customisations using XML/XSLT for the first Yospace MCP customer.
  • Designed and developed the developer outreach programme for Yospace J2ME products.
• Developed custom online PHP-based eCommerce platform for online B2C site Horn Haven
